‘As I’m sure you can appreciate, selling your home is an incredibly stressful process particularly when we had already purchased a new house. What made a really big difference was the level of care that John showed through the process.
At our very first meeting he spoke to us about his value proposition and the service he would provide. ‘We had for some time been considering selling our West Pennant Hills property and downsizing and after carrying out some upgrade and maintenance discussed selling with a couple of agents but had not yet decided to proceed.
